I am Alex or Al and started flipping pizzas at age 16, I have moved from the dish pit to management throughout 20 years of experience in this industry. My decision to join CHOW began with meeting Chris Ray and learning about a place to share the situations we all have in this line of work. My issues with substance abuse, mental health, and maintaining balance stem from service accommodation plus the formative years of my youth. I grew up in Michigan, lived in Oregon for 15 years and now reside in Colorado with my dog Dodger in Steamboat Springs.
